I need to say up front that I am not medically trained in any way and can't speak on that level. I am a soccer mom with a dedicated player who often plays 5-6 hours a day. I got my first order of Sportenine on the advice of our chiropractor, who is also a soccer dad.I initially ordered this product for a summer tournament where temperatures were over 100 degrees. She felt that she benefited from the Sportenine for endurance. Now in the cooler weather she takes one before a game as she is warming up and either at the half or the end of the game. I can't say if it works or not, but she thinks it gives her stamina and feels she bounces back faster. I believe that she thinks it makes a difference and that is good enough for me. We have now purchased this product several times.

Get more out of your workouts & recover faster !

I take 1 or 2 of these tablets before a long hike or a strenuous workout & it reallyhelps with maintaining stamina as well as preventing soreness & fatigue during & after exercise. I discovered these at a health food store years ago & then didn't see it anymore & forgot about it. Very happy to have found it again & to see it here on Amazon.

Nice, clears the head and improves the mood and energy. Very happy with this, when feeling out of it and run down, I take 1 of these and it really helps.Amazon also has the best price on this that I've found, can't beat that deal!
