I was running low on the Garden of Life regular women's supplement so I went to reorder and then saw this. Figuring that there must SOMETHING in there to help with the premenopausal/menopausal symptoms, I ordered the 50 & Wiser Women's formula instead -- with just HOPES. Ladies, it really does work and your body doesn't have to break down all those herbs that promise relief like in other products. Research the probiotics and raw foods idea a little like I did. To me, it just makes sense that it would work and be good for you. No, I didn't change my diet to eating raw foods or become a vegetarian, etc.) I can't explain it, these just worked for me and a friend. My female doc also told me that we should avoid or reduce our intake of white sugar, white flour, alcohol, spicy foods and caffeine as they can increase hot flashes. Good luck, girls!! :-)

Garden of Life - Vitamin Code Womens 50 And Wis, 120 veggie capsI've been using this product for three months now and it's increased my energy level. It's worth the extra few dollars over what I was paying before. The formulation is something I trust so much more. I highly recommend this product.

This is the first time I've tried the Vitamin Code Raw vitamins. Being a raw vegan I was thrilled to find them. I've been taking them for several weeks and almost immediately I could see a difference in my energy level and overall wellbeing. I highly recommend these vitamins to everyone.........not just raw vegans. They're the BEST vitamins I've tried. They're made from real food, not synthetic sources. Give them a try!
