In trying other walkers, problems appeared that would not be problems if I lived a secluded existence. But I go around in cabs, and a folding walker that is easy to toss into the back compartment of a cab is important. And when the walker is folded, it has to be able to stand by itself. Going into a restaurant, a helpful waiter says, "Let me take that for you, I'll fold it and put it aside." Then the walker is folded and flops around, it can't be leaned against a wall or stand on its own. This one stands properly and easily. So I'm blissfully happy with this Rollite Adult Rollator. I did think that the larger wheels would help a lot with bumps in sidewalks and potholes in the street, but they do not help much. The version with the smaller wheels would be good enough. But in all, it's very sturdy and dependable. Of course, those brake cables catch on everything they can reach, and that's a real nuisance, but I haven't seen a walker that solves that problem.

The Rollite Adult Rollator with 8 inch spoked wheels is an excellent machine. I just wish I had known it existed before I spent my money on lesser machines.It rolls straight, going where I want to go. It is strong. I feel confident using it. It is light. I can easily lift it to put it in my sedan. It is only about seven inches high when folded flat, so it fits easily in the trunk or back seat of my sedan with space to spare. The tabs I push down to fold the machine are very convenient. There is no danger of pinching my fingers with this machine.The seat and seat back are comfortable. There are no crossbars other than the front crossbar, so I can walk standing between the side arms, just as I would with a walker without a seat. And if I want to get a better look at something in a display case, I can fold the seat up and move right up to the display case.It was fully assembled and properly adjusted when I received it. It was ready to go out of the box.I am highly pleased with this machine and would recommend it to anyone who needs a solid, safe, easy to use and easy to transport four wheel walker.
