I have been using Listerine Total Care Zero for the past couple of weeks, and I have found it to be excellent. Previously I was using Crest Pro-Health Rinse, as well as a separate fluoride rinse. I was delighted to learn that this product contained the benefits of both, and without the alcohol. (After my dental hygienist said that she would not recommend that people use alcohol-based rinses I looked it up and found that alcohol dries out the mouth and is suspected of causing cancer.) Aside from the health / dental benefits of this rinse, buying just one bottle also saves money over buying two.It does have a taste that takes getting used to -- something similar to having my mouth stuffed with leaves (although I must confess that I am not in the habit of doing that) -- but the taste shock does disappear with continued use. Also, as with any product, there is always the possibility of someone having an allergic reaction or being sensitive to some ingredient (as others have commented in reviews of other sizes). You need to be aware of your own limitations. For me, though, the product works well. I care for and about my health, and I find this to be a valuable aid.
