We have been using this product for several years with excellent results. When we don't take it as directed we have a tendency to get leg cramps at night. It also helps to control slightly high blood pressure. We have tried others but not with the same results.

I have MS. Over the course of a couple of months, I saw TV shows where this "trio" would be good for me. I tried it and about a week into taking the capsule, I started feeling better. I will probably never be without it again. For me it has to be the "trio" capsule because any one mineral without the other just doesn't do it for me. Thanks Amazon, for providing this "trio" capsule as it is not readily available anywhere I shop.

NOW Foods Magnesium and Potassium Aspartate W/ Taurine, 120 Capsules (Pack of 2)]]Several years ago I'd been suffering from severe cramps all over my body. Doctors were no help; but a sharp ER Nurse told me the secret: You need to take Magnesium in combination with Potassium; but it must be a 90/10 mix to be truly effective.I searched the web backwards & forwards until I finally found that NOW had the winning combination. Amazing ! It worked so effectively that the cramps were completely eliminated. I continued taking the capsules for over a year; but then decided to stop and the cramps didn't come back for a very long time. Now they have returned; so I'm ordering a goodly supply of this wonder cure. If anyone is looking to get their daily requirement of any Vitamin or Mineral out of a bottle, they will never be a healthy person. We need to get our daily requirements from fresh foods. The Vitamins and Minerals out of the bottle are meant only as supplements and nothing more.
