Used various trimmers for the last 20 years. Both Wahl and Andis. This little Hero cuts through all hair types without any effort at all, use it as trimmer and an edger. Latest Andis blades require some time and pressure to cut through regular hair, and get jammed when you try to cut fine peach fuzz off the neck or face. Hero plows right through peach fuzz effortlessly. Cant be heavy handed and use a pressure when you use this little machine though, have to have light and steady touch, blades are real sharp on this little beast.

I must say this trimmer is very powerful. One of the best on the market may be more powerful than the wahl detailer. And I might add its about 15 dollars cheaper buying it online than at your local beauty store those guys are putting a serious markup on this product.

I went through 3 "consumer" trimmers, the 5 Star Detailer, and the Andis T-outliner before I settle on these. If you're looking for a beard trimmer and something for lines ups and touch ups....look no further. This does the job perfectly.
