It works!!

I've been taking an AHCC capsule every morning for several years. I don't know how it works, or why, but I stay healthy, with no complaints, so I'll keep taking them! I'm nearing my 83rd birthday, and I'm convinced that AHCC is at least making a positive contribution to staying healthy. I don't really know how much of my good health is due to regular use of AHCC, but it sure isn't doing any harm! So it's worthwhile to keep taking them. I wish they were a little less expensive, but good health is worth the expense.
