I was so skeptical that I wrote the date on the top of the bottle when I started taking it so that if in a few weeks I noticed ANYTHING at all I'd know how long it took to build up and do something...if anything.Imagine my surprise when THE NEXT DAY I caught myself doing something by accident that for months before would have caused me to gasp in pain...easily!It's my shoulder, but the person who recommended it to me (also a huge skeptic of things like this) highly recommended it after it worked so well for her foot pain.I expressed my surprise to the chiropractor in our family, and she did not share my surprise - she uses enzymes like this (although not this brand) in her practice and obviously is aware it really works!

This product when taken as directed (avoiding meal times) greatly minimizes nasal congestion and drainage without apparent side affects. It is apparent when I miss taking the supplement.
