I am in my early thirties and have been suffering strange symptoms for a little over a year. Sudden weight gain, severe constipation, blurred vision, dizziness, insomnia, irregular periods, fatigue, bloated, expanded abdomen, pains just under rib cage, mild depression, pre-mature aging, etc. Went to 3 doctors had tests, scans, bloodwork, you name it done only to find out that I was medically fine. Started taking Nu Skin Estera Phase 1 formula and completely went back to normal after 2-3 months. I believe I just had a bit of a hormone balance. Now, ALL of my problems are completely gone. Also, my skin feels firmer and more elastic. I have so much more energy, weight went back to normal, and just feel great overall! No more PMS cramps. This stuff is a total lifesaver! I highly recommend EVERY women take these to maintain or restore hormonal balance.
